The G.Skill is a fraction faster at C8, but C7 doesn't make a difference, but it's likely that all three just a second apart are within experimental error. The overclocked score for the G.Skill does stretch a slight lead, but again it's likely also the increased CPU clock speed makes a positive difference here too.
Multitasking Performance

To run multiple applications well you need a powerful (ideally multi-core) CPU and plenty of RAM. Our multitasking test performs a massive file backup (with encryption) using 7-Zip, while simultaneously playing back a HD movie file using Media Player Classic, making it a seriously demanding test for any PC.

The low latency setting on the G.Skill shaves off an extra few seconds, which is considerable given the lack of jump from C9 to C8, and again the overclocked scores sees another few second increase too.
